Allows full spherical 360º phi/theta rotation

3D radiation patterns can be performed in the chamber for frequencies between 60-90 GHz.

Planar radiation patterns can be performed in the chamber for frequencies between 1-90 GHz.

Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurements can be performed from 1-18 GHz and 60-90 GHz.

PNA-X 5247A from Keysight

10 MHz - 90 GHz.

This VNA is used to perform single port and 2-ports measurements for RF circuits and antenna systems.

The VNA is equipped with OML millimeter wave module: V12VNA2 with a WR12 waveguide output. This module works from 60-90 GHz.

In its standard configuration, the VNA can perform measurements from 10 MHz – 67 GHz using 1.85 mm test cables.

N5247A-010 configuration is available for time domain s-parameter measurements.

The MPS150 is a highly precise manual probe system for wafers and substrates up to 150 mm. It supports a wide variety of applications such as C-V/I-V, RF, mm-Wave and sub-THz measurements, device and wafer characterization tests (DWC), failure analysis (FA), submicron probing, MEMS, optoelectronic engineering tests and more.
